We’re as transparent as your pool will be!

If you’re already one of our beloved island clients, you know that we are extremely transparent, organized, and regimented while leaving space and flexibility as needed to complete a project to your satisfaction. We like to give you the REAL price so that you know what you’re really working with and can plan accordingly with your budget. At the bottom of this page you’ll find a link to a price estimator which will not be exact due to the many options and the varying landscape of both your home and day-to-day price variations. But it’s a start and one that will help you have a ballpark and compare the different options!

What’s included in your Martha’s Vineyard pool?

-12 inches of rock faced bluestone coping around the pool
- 6 inches of tile installed along the waterline
- Pool heater (propane or electric)
- Filter and extra set of filters
- 2 or more underwater LED lights (depends on pool size)
- Variable speed pump
- Salt chlorination system
- Robotic pool cleaner (part of our maintenance program)
- Basic tools (net, brush, etc)
- Initial chemicals to open and balance pool including salt
- Heavy duty winter cover

We use all Pentair components for the pool system; IntelliCenter controls, variable speed IntelliFlo pumps, Intellichlor salt chlorinator, UltraTemp or MasterTemp heater, Clean & Clear filtration, and Pentair LED lights so everything works together seamlessly.

What’s not included:

- Automatic cover (this can be priced as an option)
- Pool decking, finish landscaping, and code approved fence/enclosure
- Any surveying required to prepare an accurate site plan and to create an engineer plan if required
- Any upgrades required to the existing propane supply (large or additional tanks)
- Water supply for auto-fill
- Special access considerations, tree or landscape removal
- Enclosure or sound-proofing of pool equipment if required by town or association
- Cost of water and delivery if required by your town

- Upgrade to edge finish on coping or different type of coping
- Automatic cover
- Pool decking
- Additional lighting
- Fountains, waterfalls, laminar jets
- Finish landscaping (lawn, plants, irrigation, etc)
